We had contacted CRS to provide a second opinion about concerns with odor/mold in our basement, and garage, after a flood. The wet non restorable items were stored in our garage and we were concerned that we would have another area to worry about mold. We were unhappy with our current restoration company, and Jorge came to assess our situation. He provided some insight on questions to ask, and reassurance about what had been done to industry standard. He appears hands on as a project manager and responsive to questions/concerns. If we could have chosen our own restoration company, based on Jorge's prompt response to our inquiry and site visit, CRS would have been a great option.

Very impressed with CRS! They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mold detection and mold removal, and anything environmental really. We have 3 young kids at home so we don't want to take any chances with their health. After CRS completed the job meticulously we felt very safe and comfortable in our home. And the clean up crew left the area immaculate. Thank you!
