I personally want to send a BIG Thank You to Roberto and his team in Montreal. They assisted in the cleanup of sewage (yuck, I know) from a backed up city drain. I came home from work to find it and needed help ASAP! I called in, and Roberto was out within 1 hour, even though it was 8 PM.

He had his team start to clean up right away and they stayed and worked right through till 2 AM. After the cleanup, they disinfected everything and left air purifiers for a few days to ensure everything was safe in the basement.

I had a great experience with CRS, our downstairs had flooded and needed quick attention. The CS agent Jasmine was very prompt and friendly and she had a team out within 1.5 hours of my call, The team showed up on time and with all the proper equipment to get the water out as fast as they could and they had completed cleaning up my basement in 2 hours and left drying equipment to take out the moister.

The next day I had a PM out to scope the work that had been done and to check for any further damage. Jasmine contacted me to see how everything went and if I had any more questions or concerns. My sister actually recommended Canada's Restoration Services to me, because they had preformed mold abatement at her house earlier in the month, and did an excellent job. They responded right away and extracted the water. Im not going to say that it wasn't a stressful situation, but they acted quickly removing things and had everything cleaned and disinfected,my stress was definately minimized.

First off, most specialty companies will only remove the mould/asbestos and refer you to a remodeling company afterwards. I had multiple companies quote the project. Canada Restoration was not only a competitive quote but it was more detailed then many I received. Marat was my project manager and he was extremely patient and supportive through the process. Originally we just wanted the mould removed and do a DIY to replace the ceilings but we later changed the plan and asked Canada Restoration to do everything. Marat was great, he easily scheduled and quoted the changed without issue.

The team that came to remove the mould/asbestos was amazing! They were always on time and worked hard. They provided lots of communication on the progress and took lots of pictures because we could not enter the area they were working.

The team that replaced the ceilings were also quite good. When they were here working they worked hard and fast. Unfortunately there were some scheduling issues and it took them more days than expected to complete the job. I contacted Marat regarding this issue and he was attentive to the issues and came on site to make sure the crew was meeting the goals of the project.

From the time this entire project began to fully completed was 2 weeks. It was stressful but in the grand scheme thats pretty fast. We are really happy with this company and would 100% RECOMMEND them.
