Factors That Affect Removal Price
Several factors can influence the overall cost of your asbestos removal project:
- We conduct our work under three risk categories:
- Type 1: Low-level risk
- Type 2: Medium-level risk
- Type 3: High-risk
- Risk level is what defines complexity and safety demands at the time of removal.
- Building Type:
- Residential buildings and businesses can vary in pricing because of variations in building design, accessibility, and extent of asbestos material coverage.
- Other Cost Affecting Factors:
- Site accessibility, quantity of material, and removal difficulties (e.g., concrete elbows of ducts) can affect price as well.
Insurance & Compliance
If your asbestos removal work is included in an insurance claim, your policy could pay for the costs involved. We collaborate with insurance providers to ensure that all documentation and safety requirements are fulfilled.
It must be added that improper asbestos removal may cause huge fines. Our professionals strictly follow all the regulatory standards so that no penalty is incurred by you, ensuring your project is in accordance with both local and federal safety standards.
